Returns, refunds and your right of withdrawal

This policy covers printed books bought in this store. The seller is Cato Holdings LLC (see the Legal notice).

Buyers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the day you (or someone you named, other than the carrier) receive the book. If one order is delivered in several parcels, the 14 days run from the day the last parcel arrives.

To withdraw, write to info@acholdings.com before the 14 days are over. Give your name, your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw from the order. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

If you withdraw, we refund everything you paid for that order, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your message, to the payment method you used. You pay no fee for the refund.

You do not need to send the book back. Our books are printed to order and we have no return address in Europe, so we do not ask for the return. Keep the book or pass it on to another reader.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong books (all countries)

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the title you ordered, write to info@acholdings.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, as you prefer. You do not need to send the faulty copy back.

Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also have the legal guarantee of conformity that their national law provides. Nothing in this policy limits it.

Buyers in other countries

Outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, printed books that arrive in good condition are not returnable, because each copy is printed for the order. The rules above for damaged, misprinted or wrong books apply everywhere.

Audiobooks and ebooks

Digital products are delivered by download link as soon as the order is paid. Once the download or streaming has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If a file is faulty or you cannot get it, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
