Shipping
Every paperback is printed to order by our print partner and sent directly to you. Printing usually takes 3 to 5 business days before the parcel leaves. All parcels are tracked, and you receive the tracking link by email when the order ships.
Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes
- United States: $6.99 per order, free on orders of $49.99 or more.
- European Union (all 27 member states): €8.99 per order, estimated 10 to 20 business days.
- United Kingdom: £4.99 per order, estimated 6 to 10 business days.
- Switzerland: CHF 8.99 per order, estimated 16 to 20 business days.
- Canada: CA$16.99 per order, estimated 15 to 18 business days.
- Australia: A$16.99 per order, estimated 10 to 12 business days.
The delivery times are estimates from our print partner and include printing. They are not guaranteed. We do not ship to other countries at the moment.
Where your book is printed
Our print partner sends each order to the printing facility it has available closest to the delivery address. We cannot choose the facility.
Customs and import charges
The price you see at checkout does not include import duties or import taxes. For books these are uncommon. If the carrier asks you for such a charge, write to us before you pay it.
Late or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated date, write to info@acholdings.com with your order number. We will trace the parcel and, if it is lost, send a new copy or refund you.
Audiobooks and ebooks
Digital products are delivered by email with a download link, usually within minutes of payment. No shipping charge applies.
